Wesmero™ is a high-efficacy sterile injectable containing Meropenem IP. As a carbapenem, it exhibits excellent stability against bacterial beta-lactamases, making it highly effective in critical care settings for treating infections caused by single or multiple susceptible bacteria.

• Bacterial Meningitis

Dosage & Administration

• Route: For Intravenous (IV) Bolus or Infusion only
• Form: Dry powder for injection (Reconstitute with Sterile Water for Injection)
• Dosage: Usually 500mg to 1g every 8 hours, or as prescribed by a physician
• Storage: Store below 25°C, protect from light. Do not freeze.
